If you do not have a job, you can select one from Bids Screen if there is one available. On Bids Screen you can see all jobs on stand-by.

Tap the ‘Bids’ option in the side menu or press the fire icon in the bottom right-hand corner to see a list of available jobs.

On Bids Screen (Figure below) a distance to the pickup (1), time to the job date (2), a journey distance (3) and a price (4) for each job are displayed. Only street name of the pickup and dropoff addresses may be shown, whereas the full address details will be displayed after job allocation.

Note that time to the job date in minutes is displayed only for prebooks, whereas for ASAP jobs it is always displayed as ‘ASAP’.

Bids are ordered by distance to the pickup and job date: bids with the closest distance to the pickup are displayed at the top of the list.

Tap the job you want to do and press ‘Bid’. Please note that if you do not bid for the job quickly enough, it may be taken by another driver.

When the bid allocation is confirmed by the system, your status changes to ‘On Way’ and you need to do the job as usual (the standard workflow is described in Driving to a pickup).

A job offer is a booking proposal sent to one or several drivers who potentially can accept the offer and whose current location is near the job pickup point.

Pay attention that a job offer is optional. As a matter of fact, it is not an allocated job which should be accepted. You can accept or easily decline it without consequences.

When you receive a job offer, you will see the following Job Offer Details Screen presented below.

Note that there is a countdown timer indicating the time left to accept a job. If you want to do it, press and hold ‘Ready for’. The driver who will be the first to send his request for the job offer by pressing ‘Ready for’, will be allocated to it.

Wait for confirmation that the job offer has been allocated to you.

If it is confirmed, you will see the following Job Details Screen and your status will automatically change to ‘On Way’ (Figure below). Proceed with executing the job as a standard workflow described in Driving to a pickup.

If you have more than one job, you can switch between them. To see the list of your current jobs tap the icon in the bottom right corner.

In the ‘Choose a job’ dialog window (Figure below) select the required job. Note that jobs are sorted by job date: a job with the earliest job date will be at the top of the list.

The green clock icon is used for a prebook, while the red icon – for an ASAP job.

Note that if you have two (or more) simultaneous jobs one of which is almost finished, only the ‘Finish job’ option (Figure below) can be selected as the last step.

Thus, the ‘Finish & Go Offline’, ‘Finish & Going Home’ and ‘Finish & Go on Break’ buttons are not available as there is still another active job to be executed.

Please note that, depending on the settings, details of the second job may be displayed only after finishing the current one.

When a second job is received, a dialog window is displayed asking you to accept or reject a new job. A countdown timer may be displayed (if applicable) which shows how soon this job will be considered accepted automatically.

After accepting the second job you will see details only after finishing the first job. If you tap the ‘Multiple jobs’ icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, a notification will be displayed stating that you need to finish the current job first.

There are various notifications which you may receive during your working hours informing about job allocations, status changes and problems. Please follow the instructions provided in these notifications.

The following notifications may be sent to your application:

    • Job allocated
    • Unallocated job
    • Updated status
    • Pickup
    • Moving at pickup
    • Away from pickup
    • Resume journey
    • Drop in 5
    • GPS not available
    • No server connection

Job allocated

If you receive the ‘Job allocated’ notification, it means that you have a new job. Tap ‘OK’ to view job details and accept the job.

Unallocated job

If you receive the ‘Unallocated job’ notification, it means that you have been unallocated from the job due to some reasons. You do not need to do this job.

Tap ‘OK’ to return to Online Map Screen and continue waiting for a job.

Updated status

If you receive the ‘Updated status’ notification, it means that your status has been changed by a controller due to some reasons. Please check your new status at the top left corner of the screen.

Pickup

If you receive the ‘Pickup’ notification, it means that you are already at the pickup point or very close to it. Tap ‘At pickup’ to change your status.

Moving at pickup

If you receive the ‘Moving at pickup’ notification, it means that you have probably forgotten to change your status to ‘POB’ and you are moving in the ‘At Pickup’ status. Tap ‘POB’ to change it.

Away from pickup

If you receive the ‘Away from pickup’ notification, it means that you have reached the distance threshold limiting the pickup area and you need to change your status to ‘POB’. Tap ‘POB’ to change it.

Resume journey

If you receive the ‘Resume journey’ notification, it means that your current status is ‘Stop & Wait’ but it seems that you are driving. Press and hold ‘Resume journey’ to change your status.

Drop in 5

If you receive the ‘Drop in 5’ notification, it means that your current status is ‘POB’ and it seems that you are near to the dropoff point.

Tap ‘Drop in 5’ to change your status (in this status Auto Allocator will consider you for the new job more quickly).

GPS not available

If you receive the ‘GPS not available’ notification, it means there are problems with GPS at the moment. It is necessary to ensure GPS availability for Driver Application proper operation.

You will also see the ‘GPS is off’ message in which it is recommended to turn GPS on.

No server connection

If you receive the ‘No server connection’ notification, it means that there are some problems with the connection between Driver Application and the system server.

It is necessary to ensure stable connection with the server for Driver Application proper operation.

General guidance
  • To be able to do jobs, Driver Application must be kept open;
  • Log in at the beginning of your shift and log off when the shift is over;
  • Keep Wi-Fi connection off and mobile data on;
  • Be sure GPS in on;
  • A button with a red font indicates that you are required to press and hold the button for two seconds;
  • Keep your device connected to a car charger all the time as the app is energy-consuming.

Icon map

 Driver App icon. Use it to launch the application from the application menu.


 

Marker on the map which displays your current position.


 

Marker on the map which displays a pickup point position.


 

Marker on the map which displays a dropoff point position.


 

Marker on the map which displays en route stop point position.


 

GPS warning icon. If you see this icon, check that your GPS is on and it is available in the current place. Try to change your current location a little, e.g. drive forward a bit or turn left/right to the corner of the street.


 

Connection warning icon. If you see this icon, check that the connection on your device is turned on and there is a network which it can connect to.


 

Application error icon. If you see this icon, call a controller and report an error message.


 

Clock icon. If you see this icon, hurry up as you are running late for the pickup time.


 

Too early icon. If you see this icon, slow down as you are very early for the pickup time.


 

Time left until the pickup time.
